Yes, with notice. If your tournament is cancelled before setup is complete, we issue a full refund. If setup has begun and the event is cancelled, we issue a partial refund minus configuration costs. Contact us — we'll work it out.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing annually, but if you've run with us before, we'll give you at least 90 days notice before any price change and honor previous pricing where we can.
Contact us before your registration closes. If you're close to the limit, we can upgrade your tier or work out a custom arrangement. We won't cut off your event mid-tournament.
Yes. Setup is part of the price — not a separate onboarding fee. We configure your branded site, scoring rules, species list, and registration form as part of the package.
Yes. Directors who run two or more events per year can discuss Circuit pricing, which typically includes a 10–15% per-event discount. Reach out after your first event.
