We review your event details and reply with a configuration plan and any questions. If you're a fit, we'll send a setup checklist.

2. Within a week

Setup conversation (4 hours total) covers your scoring rules, species, categories, registration form, and sponsor placements. Your branded tournament site is live.

3. Before your event

Free historical data migration. Captain registration opens. Judges trained. Your team has time to dial in the operation before lines-in.
